Dr Karen Enthoven – Founder & Managing Director
Karen founded Gravitude Ventures to catalyse innovation in biotechnology, medtech, diagnostics, and digital health in Switzerland.
Karen brings 20+ years of experience across medicine, scientific research, venture capital, and innovation leadership. She has led national research programmes, advised start-ups globally, and built strategic partnerships with leading health innovation institutions.
She is passionate about closing the funding gap for Swiss start-ups, accelerating the translation of world-class research into clinical and commercial impact.
